Shipping Policy (Italy Orders)

This policy is applicable to orders shipped within Italy only. It is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping practices and procedures. By ordering from our store, you accept the policies contained herein.


A. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: €5.90 (flat rate across Italy)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over €99

All merchant-imposed fees (such as handling, packaging, or service charges) are included in the displayed shipping cost.

As all orders are shipped domestically within Italy, no customs duties, import/export taxes, or additional government fees apply.


B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

In general, shipments are in transit for 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Order cut-off time: 05:00 PM CET (Central European Time)
  • Order handling time: 0–1 business day (Monday to Friday)

C. DELIVERY TERMS

We use trusted domestic courier services to deliver products, including but not limited to:

  • Poste Italiane
  • GLS
  • DHL
  • UPS

The selected carrier depends on the delivery location and order requirements.


D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit.

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at

E. CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy for further instructions.


F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If a parcel is visibly damaged during delivery, please refuse the shipment and inform the courier immediately.

If the parcel was delivered in your absence and damage is discovered afterward, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours at

G. DIRECT SHIPPING FROM PARTNERS

Some products may be shipped directly from our manufacturing or logistics partners within Italy.

  • Shipping Method: Standard domestic ground services
  • Processing & Handling: 0–1 business days
  • Shipping Time: Typically 1–2 business days
  • Tracking Information: Provided by email once the order is dispatched

In the event of unexpected delays, customers will be notified promptly.


H. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently do not ship internationally.

This policy applies exclusively to orders shipped within Italy.
Orders with delivery addresses outside Italy are not accepted at this time.
